This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Base10 Classic.
Base10 Classic does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information in order to play.
Game progress, settings, achievements, statistics, and in-game inventory may be stored locally on your device so that your progress can be maintained between sessions.
Base10 Classic offers optional in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed by the platform through which you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Base 10 Apps does not directly receive or store your payment card or banking information.
The platform provider may process information relating to purchases in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Base10 Classic may display third-party advertising.
Advertising providers may process certain information in order to deliver, measure, limit, or improve advertisements. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and the advertising services used, this may include information such as:
device or advertising identifiers;
approximate location derived from technical information;
app interaction information;
advertising interaction information;
diagnostic or performance information.
Where required, Base10 Classic will request the appropriate consent or permission before information is used for personalised advertising.
You may be able to limit advertising tracking or personalised advertising through your device settings and any privacy choices presented within the app.
Base10 Classic also offers an optional Remove Ads purchase.
Base10 Classic may use technical diagnostics supplied by platform providers or third-party services to help identify crashes, performance problems, and other technical issues.
Such services may process limited technical information about your device, app version, operating system, or app performance.
We do not use this information to identify you personally.
Base10 Classic is a general-audience number puzzle game and does not require users to provide personal information in order to play.
We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, email addresses, contact details, photographs, messages, or other personal information through the app.
Where advertising services are used, they will be configured in accordance with applicable platform requirements and privacy rules.
Information such as game progress, unlocked levels, achievements, statistics, settings, Hint Gems and Shuffle Gems may be stored locally on your device.
Removing the app, clearing its data, changing device, or resetting the device may cause locally stored information to be lost unless a platform feature provides a separate backup.
Base10 Classic relies on services supplied by third parties for certain functionality, including:
Apple App Store services on Apple devices;
Google Play services on supported Android devices;
in-app purchase processing;
advertising services where advertising is enabled;
platform-level diagnostics and crash reporting where applicable.
These third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Base 10 Apps does not sell personal information directly to third parties.
Information may be processed by third-party platform, payment, advertising, or technical service providers where necessary to provide their services.
We take reasonable steps to design Base10 Classic so that unnecessary personal information is not requested or stored.
However, no electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your device and region, you may have options to:
control advertising permissions;
limit personalised advertising;
change tracking permissions;
manage platform privacy settings;
remove locally stored game data by deleting or resetting the app.
Additional privacy choices may be made available where required by applicable law or platform rules.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example if Base10 Classic adds new features, services, advertising providers, or data-processing practices.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
